CANCELLATION POLICY
Consultation Hours
You are busy and things come up - your client relationships are important! If you need to reschedule your consultation hour, please provide 24 hours' notice by sending an email to jennifer@jenniferkennedy.ca.

You may request to cancel your consultation hour up to 72 hours before the meeting to receive a refund. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the meeting will not receive a refund but will be invited to reschedule. For any consultations that were rescheduled within 72 hours, you cannot follow up with a request to cancel to receive a refund.
1:1 Coaching & Consulting Engagements
I realize there needs to be alignment and a vibe where we work together well. If you want to go it alone, you may cancel your 1:1 Coaching & Consulting Engagement. To cancel your 1:1 Coaching and Consulting engagement, please provide a 30-day notice in writing via email to jennifer@jenniferkennedy.ca so I can properly wrap things up and set you on your way.
Missed Calls
Sh!t happens and you may miss a call (even with my reminder emails!), if it hits the fan and this is a one-time thing, I will happily find another time to have our call. However, if there isn't a valid reason or this becomes more frequent, your call will not be rescheduled.
